  1. Dear NYS CXHE: I am the Director and Counselor of a 501(c)3 non-profit, Rochester Home Opportunities a/k/a HomeCounselor.org. We’re located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, Canandaigua, NY. Am seeking an intermediary to assist with HUD approval and to gain access to education necessary to move us forward. Was sponsored to attending the September CFED conference in Washington, DC. Met Sarah Gerecke, Senior Policy Advisor with HUD. Ms. Gerecke referred me to CXHE. We are a small non-profit, but highly effective within our rural area? Please contact Ruth Ann Rowe, 120 North Main St, Suite 38, Canandaigua, NY 14424, info@homecounselor.org, 585 388 1060. Thank you. Ruth Ann Rowe
